Holding Conversations
When you doubleclick on a person, you will see a window similar like this:
You see 2 major text fields. The topmost field is the Chat field. In this field,
you can see your conversation. The bottommost field is the Input field. In this field, you
can type a message. To send it, just click on "Send" or press Return.
Between those fields there is a bar with buttons (see the picture). Here is a list with the
function of each button:
- Emoticon chooser: with this, you can choose a little emoticon (emotion-icon) which you can
attach to your message. You can express your feeling about something with them.
- Send E-mail: this opens your default e-mail application and creates a "new e-mail"-window
with the e-mail address of your conversation partner.
-
- Invite: when you click on this button, a list appears with all your contacts who are not offline.
The person you select will join the chat session.
- Host a Game: this will bring up a window with the games installed in the "Games" folder.
The chosen game will give you and your mate instructions.
